Sponge cake with Picual

 –Sponge cake with picual for 4 persons —



        • 25th g of sugar.
        • 250 g of flour.
        • 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil variety Picual.
        • 4 eggs.
        • 100 ml of milk.
        • 1 baking powder teaspoonful.
        • Orange grating.



        • In a bowl to mix the eggs with the sugar up to tying it well.
        • To incorporate the flour and yeast mixed and spent for a sifter. To remove well.
        • To add the milk, to keep on removing and finally the orange grating.
        • To spill in a mold lubricated with olive oil and floured.
        • To introduce in the stove previously warmly to 180th during 50 minutes aproximandamente, will depend on the height of the mold.
        • To extract, to leave a few minutes before desmoldar.



Once cold can be dusted by sugar glass.
