Sponge cake with Picual
–Sponge cake with picual for 4 persons —
Ingredients
- 25th g of sugar.
- 250 g of flour.
- 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil variety Picual.
- 4 eggs.
- 100 ml of milk.
- 1 baking powder teaspoonful.
- Orange grating.
Preparation
- In a bowl to mix the eggs with the sugar up to tying it well.
- To incorporate the flour and yeast mixed and spent for a sifter. To remove well.
- To add the milk, to keep on removing and finally the orange grating.
- To spill in a mold lubricated with olive oil and floured.
- To introduce in the stove previously warmly to 180th during 50 minutes aproximandamente, will depend on the height of the mold.
- To extract, to leave a few minutes before desmoldar.
ADVICE:
Once cold can be dusted by sugar glass.
